From Llanbister, head east towards Knighton, over the cattle grid, onto the common and along the B4356. After approximately 1.5 miles take the sharp left (almost back on yourself) towards Llanbadarn Fynydd and continue along this road for approximately 1.5 miles, bearing right at the fork, before reaching a red telephone box. At the red telephone box turn right over another cattle grid and continue along the lane for approximately 1.5 miles passing through 2 farmyards before reaching a gate at the end of the lane, which is identified by our FOR SALE sign. Open and close this gate and drive along the track for approximately 400 yards before reaching a further gate just before the cottage. Please shut this gate behind you.
