Having always dreamt of becoming a property developer, at the tender age of 20, Will completed an apprenticeship at one of the largest independently owned estate agents in the country, where he quickly became one of the senior negotiators in their flag ship office. By the age of 22 Will had already seen a significant change from the traditional way properties were being sold, so, together with Co-founder Karl Morgan, Will left his role in traditional estate agency to launch Holters Modern Estate Agents in 2013.

With over 15 years experience as an estate agent, Tom was keen to make the move to a more modern estate agency and Holters were delighted to have him on board. “I wanted to provide high standards of marketing to my clients, that not only raised the bar with the presentation of their homes, but also the service in which I provided to them as clients”. “I feel at Holters we offer a unique blend of fantastic modern marketing methods, which combine with the local knowledge of agents that live in the area and most importantly, know who is looking to buy at any time”.

Zoe joined the Holters team after a period at a property management company sparked a real passion for property.
